Session scheduling form:

Welcome to Leadership Skills! As you saw in the video, on this platform you'll find the online modules that you'll review between each coaching session. To activate the modules, we need to schedule coaching sessions for the coming weeks.

Before continuing, you need to read our agreements:

    "I agree to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance if I encounter any difficulties attending the coaching session. If I reschedule, the new session must be during the same week as the requested rescheduled time. If I have canceled two coaching sessions and I have not met the above requirement, the coach will have the discretion to cancel the upcoming sessions."
