Welcome to Leadership Skills 1. We hope that the courses you find in this program will allow you to deepen your knowledge and develop leadership skills.
In this program you will find 4 courses with written content, videos and reflection/application activities. Each course contains a series of lessons, which you can review on the platform. Each time you finish reviewing a lesson, click the button I'm done! To record your progress.
Before you begin reviewing the lessons, download the material, which you will find in the tab Materials which is found at the beginning or presentation of each course. For example:
In the tab Materials, you will find the Reading Guide (with the transcription of the content and videos of all the lessons), the Work Guide. You must download this material (We recommend that you create a folder on your computer, which allows you to easily access the documents). The Workbook is an editable document containing questions and an action plan. As you progress through each lesson, review the corresponding questions and record your answers. In some lessons, you will find supplementary material, which you can access in the lesson materials.
Remember to save your answers in your Workbook, so that your progress is recorded. At the end of each course, you must upload your complete Workbook to the platform, which is an approval requirement.
